Antonio Citterio
Born 1950, and another architectural graduate of Milan Polytechnic, he is noted world wide for his uncompromising attitude towards design with integrity. Antonio Citterio's Sofa designs have stood the test of time amid families, the corporate world and the Design world. His move into the Bathroom and Kitchen area's of design gives people the opportunity to have their homes completed with the best.
Patricia Urquiola
Urquiola, 44, is one of the few women to have ascended to the male dominated furniture design firmament. She is rapidly becoming the world's leading female designer. She once remarked "Designers should be wary of subscribing to the idea that furniture is fashion. A design is meant to accompany a person for a lifetime. It cannot be fashionable!"
Ron Arad
Born 1951 in Tel Aviv, Ron Arad studied in London and quickly became established for his industrial 'savage' line comprising of metal car parts. He founded a retail outlet in London recognised as one of the finest furniture stores,which allowed him to have a frontline understanding of the buyers requirements. Always innovative he is equally reknown for his corrugated glass work manufactured by FIAM and his soft seating series inspired by Palms unfurling in spring which is manufactured by Moroso.
