• Josep Lluscà is a Graduate in Industrial Design from the Eina School in Barcelona, he has been a professor in its Product Design Department and a member of its Board of Governors.

    Since 1972 he has worked with prestigious international companies such as ABB Niessen, Actiu, Antonio Puig Perfumes, Arbora&Ausonia, Cassina, DD Resol, Driade, Enea, Escofet, Estel, Famosa, Figueras Internacional, Flos, Fujitec, General Electric, Grupo Forma5, Inoxcrom, Isogona-Bra, La Caixa, Metalarte, Nutrexpa, Ofita, Oken, Panrico, Permasa, Rosenthal, Sara Lee, Simón/Fluvia, Vilagrasa and WMF.

    The diverse nature of the projects he has been involved in means that he has been able to work in many different fields, including lighting, furniture, packaging, electrical appliances, applied and consumer electronics, toys, street furniture and fittings, household furniture and electrical material.

    He has given seminars and conferences at the Menéndez y Pelayo International University in Santander, the London Design Museum, the Dutch Form Foundation in Amsterdam, the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the International Design Forum in Tokyo, and at various international design events in different countries.

    His projects have been the subject of studies and reviews in numerous specialized publications, books and monographs. They also form part of the permanent collections of several design museums and have been included in many international exhibitions.

    He has won a number of prestigious international design awards, including the Red Dot Award, Honorable Mention at the ID Furniture Awards in New York, and the Bronze Award from the Institute of Business Designers (USA )
