DeltaWork

Released at Orgatec in 2004 Delta is the latest collection from the Methis R&D team. The system is designed especially for linear planning and large meeting tables allowing desks to be configured with a minimum number of exterior legs.

The structure is made of sectional steel forming an equilateral tri angular shaped leg which creates a very lightweight appearance to the system.

The legs allow a double span up to 1600mm wide and desks are clustered by joining end legs and intermediate legs by pairs of beams.

This complete underframe of steel then allows only 16mm thick tops to be used making the desks appear very streamlined.

Tops can be either 8mm painted glass or due to the entire underframe 14mm thick melteca. The ability to use very thin tops creates a very lightweight appearance to the system.

Horizontal wiring through desks can be routed through the central steel double cable trays and cables can be routed vertically by polycarbonate

Plastic clips fixed to the leg structure. Our standard CMS NZ approved soft wiring system can provide inlay power and data facitilies. Power and data plug in access above desk can also be provided by using single or double central flaps made out of the same material as the worktop. (see above)

Screens for double tables are mounted in the central cable tray and are availale in various options. 8mm glass or 14mm thick screens made with melamine finished particle board or fabric. The screen is encase with anodised aluminium profile which has a built in rail for managing accessories.

All screens are available in various lengths and sit at approx 1200 off the floor.

Powdercoat colours available for the frame are Cream, Graphite and Nickel.
